About Bhavana
I come from a professional background as an MBA and former Banker. Having spent years in the high-pressure corporate world, I deeply understand the mental and physical toll of a stressful career. My journey evolved further when I became a new mother, which gave me a profound, firsthand understanding of the postpartum body and the unique challenges of navigating early motherhood.
Today, I am an S-VYASA trained instructor certified by the Yoga Alliance and the Ministry of AYUSH, currently pursuing my MSc in Yoga Therapy. My teaching is rooted in the Bhagavad Gita and traditional texts, focusing on stress release, Yoga Nidra, and Sanskrit shloka recitation. Because I understand the "corporate grind" and the "motherhood transition," my classes are never about advanced gymnastics. Instead, I offer a supportive space for authentic transformation and inner balance, helping you heal and reconnect with yourself at every stage of life.

My teaching methodology is rooted in the authentic wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita and classical Yoga texts. Unlike modern fitness-based classes, my sessions are not about advanced gymnastics. Instead, we focus on stress release, mental clarity, and inner balance.
As a certified Yoga Nidra expert and S-VYASA trained instructor, I guide you through traditional practices including Pranayama and Meditation. I am also currently pursuing an MSc in Yoga Therapy, allowing me to offer a deeper, scientific understanding of how Yoga heals the mind and body. Additionally, I help students learn to correctly recite Sanskrit shlokas, connecting you to the true essence of Indian heritage. Whether you are looking for therapy or peace, this class offers a complete transformation.
