Mandarin
There are some differences between flow with music and the traditional yoga practice. It is based on the basic yoga positions but a yoga sequence twists with a song, to flow with the music, with the beats of the music and embody the energy of the song. During an hour's class, building up sequence (details of some asanas), storytelling or feeling of the flow and a whole sequence with the main song will be included.
