I teach Hatha Yoga but I believe that philosophy as well as practice are flexible and adaptable to each practitioner. Yoga overcomes these barriers by embracing everyone, enabling physical, mental, emotional and spiritual improvement. Breathing, meditation, yoga flow and vinyasa.
