About Mayra
I am a co-founder of Parampara Yoga and an international Yoga teacher accredited by Yoga Alliance in India. After traveling the world in recent years, I am back in my homeland where I love sharing everything I have learned in this time and creating a beautiful community.
I would like to show you one of my favorite places in Mallorca, where you will not only learn a new approach and deepen your Yoga practice, but you will also discover a very special place where you can nourish your body and soul with delicious organic food made with fresh products from the island.

My yoga classes are multi-style and suitable for everyone. I like to challenge each participant to leave their comfort zone by experiencing postures that help tone the body, relax the mind, and achieve greater flexibility in both. The sessions end with a small meditation and guided relaxation with adjustments and aromatherapy so that you feel totally renewed after the practice.

Details
The group classes of Yoga & Brunch are in Alcudia every Wednesday from 11:00 am to 1:30 pm. Besides I teach SUP Yoga classes in the beautiful Muro beach from 8:30 to 10:00 am almost every day, in the North of the island (ask me for more details if you are interested).
I also offer private Yoga classes of 60 and 90 minutos in all Mallorca. The price depends on the level of the student, the duration of the class and the distance I should drive until your place. In case of private classes, feel free to ask me for a free class (the trip is not included).
