About Marina
I have been practicing yoga since 2010 and started teaching eye yoga classes in 2015 and other styles since 2016. I started teaching in India and then in the UK where I have resided until now.
I am also a natural eyesight teacher and I help people to improve their vision naturally and without glasses in workshops and retreats in Spain and the United Kingdom.

I am a yoga instructor and I teach all levels.
In my classes, I incorporate movement and breathing through the asanas (postures). I teach Vinyasa Flow, Gentle Flow, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, pregnancy yoga, mums and babies and Eye Yoga classes.
During the sessions, you will move, develop strength, flexibility and body awareness.
I special pay attention to respect the body and to treat it with love and care to avoid injuries. I never push the poses, but I easy to get into the asanas safely and comfortably.
I sequence my classes according to the students need.
Also, I teach yoga classes to recover from illnesses and injuries.
The basic structure of the class is; Meditation, pranayama (breathing techniques), sun salutations, Asanas (postures) and relaxation.
Private sessions at home: 20 euros
Private sessions for pregnancy and mums and babies: 30 euros
Webcam: 10 euros

Marina is a really nice teacher. She makes everyone feel comfortable and safe by getting you into the poses with the right alignment. She pays attention to everyone's needs and creates a chill atmosphere throughout her class.
