My priority when teaching yoga is to give my pupil a nice tool to discover his body, feel it and accept it as it is. It is important not to be violent and to be benevolent towards your body to move smoothly.

Hello, Yoga enthusiast, I graduated from a teacher in India. Convinced of the benefits of this ancestral practice, my greatest wish is to make it accessible to all. My teaching is primarily based on the person I accompany, his limits and his expectations. Each session consists of warm-up, postural (physical) practice, relaxation time and, if desired, teaching respiratory techniques (soothing, toning etc.). However, nothing is fixed because each individual is unique. "You can breathe, you can do yoga". Sentence of a great yogi master that I like because it summarizes everything.
