About Geetika
MY aim is to help people relax and be peaceful through practice of Yoga.
I am a certified Yoga Teacher with RYT 200. I have taught Yoga and introduction to Ayurveda extensively in India and Australia.
People love my classes mainly because they are highly relaxing in today’s world of anxiety and panic... My classes are not gym style.. they are very friendly and easy and with greater benefits.. Geetika

Most suited to people with back pain, migraines, restless legs and sciatica. My teaching style is slow and relaxed, leaving you calm and balanced at the end of the class.
My class starts with 5 minutes of calm breathing, yoga postures and ends with 10 minutes of meditation or Yoga Nidra.
My classes are very popular with people over 40, and people with health conditions.

My instruction is a mix of Hindi and English. Classes available in purely English also (Australian style).
