About Jason
Since 2016 I have been actively practicing yoga, starting with Hatha practices, restorative flow and a little Thai massage, in different yoga studios. Sharpen the practice and learning in 2017 including Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, flow Vinyasa and Acroyoga when you start practicing with the Acroyoga group at the University of Antioquia.

Un excelente profe de yoga. Te ayuda con tus dudas.
Lo mejor de todo, es que comparte su conocimiento desinteresadamente.Jason es un instructor de yoga maravilloso. Se hace entender super fácil, te explica las mecánicas y la filosofía tras las posturas, y como fluir a través de la práctica. Conocí a Jason por mi equipo de Ultimate, y lo que más me gustaba de sus sesiones, era que las dirigía hacia nuestro deporte, ayudándote a crecer no solo a través del trabajo físico que exige el yoga, si no a través de un trabajo mental y espiritual con el cual puedes conectar con la mejor versión de ti. Lo recomiendo muchísimo :D
Gracias al profesor Jason pude iniciar mi proceso en el yoga, es un gran apasionado de las dinámicas físicas y de buscar el conocimiento a través del cuerpo. Es una excelente persona y gran maestro, te acompañará en tu proceso de autoconocimiento con la mejor disposición.
