About Naiade
I am 26 years, born in Brazil and environmental scientist as main education. I have been living in Europe for 4 years and 2 of these years in Germany. I have done a yoga training in Hatha Yoga last June and I have been giving classes since then officially and in English for the students of my university in Kamp-Lintfort where I live. I come from a family of yogis and for the past 4 years yoga is in my life every day and it helps me deal with the challenges of everyday life and stress. Therefore, after I had the benefits of it, I decided that I wanted this good energy to share and spread and bring yoga lifestyle to others around me.
