About Sandeep
I, Sandeep Kwatra, resident of Phagwara, (Punjab) a yoga professional, provide yoga education. I got certification from the Indian Yoga Association & also completed a certified course of yoga from IGNOU and I have experience of more than 20 years of teaching yoga. As it is the need of present time. Yoga is a powerful tool to live a long & stress-free life. Students impacted with me will surely get benefitted. I will give education for the age group of above 20 years.

In class various yoga techniques you will learnt like Shatkarma for cleanliness, Asan for strength & steadiness of body Pranayam i.e. breathing exercises for proper flow of vital energy & meditation for calmness of mind.
