Namaskar.
I have been a practitioner of yoga and meditation and healthy eating (subtle) for many years. Along this path I was trained as a Yoga instructor at the Himalayan School of Tantra Yoga, which is based in Rishikesh India and Buenos Aires Argentina.

I practice and teach oriental yoga. Classes include breathing practices (pranayama), yoga postures or asanas, relaxation and meditation.
