About Tiffany
Yoga Alliance Certified Training 200 Hr Lifetime Fitness Yoga Teacher Developed by well-known Yogi Johnny Kest. I’m a mom of two grown men and wife. I was injured by a car running me over; yoga is what healed me the rest of the way fully. Without yoga, I had pain. I thank God I’m alive and I found this gift I love to share.

There is no pressure in my lessons. I’m a curly yoga teacher that understands we are all different shapes and sizes and it’s beautiful .
I can take you through meditation and breath work and flow yoga to lift your energy and take your mind to align with your body to move in a flow that resets your mind body soul connection. All women welcome !
