I am an E-RYT 200 Hatha + RYT 300 Vinyasa certified yoga instructor. I have trained under and have been mentored by some world class instructors in the UK and India and am continuously educating myself with all things yoga, fitness, and movement.

I love working one-on-on with students so that I can tailor each class to them! Moving always with the breath, I focus on alignment and try to provide as many "ah-ha!" moments to my students as possible.
I enjoy teching both dynamic flows, and also more ground gentle practices.... what ever the student needs.
