About Jena
I am a yoga instructor teaching for 3.5 years now with over 500 hours of experience. I am completing my degree in Acupuncture and will be completed this in June. I was formerly a commercial Interior Designer but changed careers better suited to helping people.

My teaching method is geared towards each individual body. Not every pose is meant for every body but yoga is meant for every body. Flexibility is not necessary to do yoga, it is in turn a side effect of the practice but adjustments and modifications can be made to build strength and accommodate everyone individual bodies.
