About Sara
I'm Sara, I started practicing Yoga 10 years ago, and in the last 5 years I've been training as a Yoga, Meditation and Breathwork instructor in different countries.
Yoga completely changed my life, and thus I have found a passion in being able to offer classes and sessions that bring us closer to our essence.
I am currently in Girona, where I teach both in studios, at home, or in the Shala we have at home.
