Iam Jeevan Joshi, residence of Delhi. With some illnesses in my past , I spent the past 10 years looking for a sustainable life style. The day I found yoga, I never look back. Yoga have contributed to my physical,mental, social and spiritual well being. Now I wish to give back my experience to the society.

This course start with the basics of yoga move towards the asana at the learner's pace. We will focus first 15 days on shuksam kriyeye and steadily work towards the asana with a perticular focus on shatkriyas and regulated breathing.
