About Bhavna
I am Bhavna, a yoga and Naturopathy major at KNYMCH, erode. I set up my first yoga workshop few months back and it was ablast working with kids who are ever evolving and a ball of energy. sometimes it would be difficult to handle them though, not going to lie. But these workshops and classes were mostly fun for all of us and i thought why not provide it to everyone.
Yoga is far more than just stretching and twisting up like pretzels which is what I'll be teaching.

This will be a limited group of class where the students will be taught asanas starting with the beginner level. The classes are slow paced to let the students adapt in case they are new to yoga. I have run offline classes in my locality before but being a fulltime grad student i am looking for options to keep my class going. Theses classes are ideal for 8-15 year olds but is not limited. The classes are beginner friendly so anyone and everyone are welcome.
