I have taught yoga and meditation since 2000, working in the Wellness Department at Hamilton College for 13 years while also running community classes and private sessions off campus. My passion lies in showing others techniques for self care and self regulation.

My teaching style includes education about the body/mind mechanism, Buddhist and Yogic philosophy, slow but dynamic movement and an emphasis on the energetic foundation of reality. I meet people where the are and invite them to explore themselves lovingly and patiently.
