About Bhairavi
Movement is my medicine. I am passionate about the body in movement, I have been practicing yoga for 12 years, it has been the basis of my training. It is one of my favorite practices because of its focus on body-mind-breath awareness. I like to experiment and combine styles, no class will be the same.
