About Sergül
This journey, which actually started with meditation when I was a teacher working at the Ministry of Education, took me to yoga and then to teaching. Yoga has added not only freedom of movement and physical strength to my life, but also management of my mind and listening to my heart. I would love for you to accompany me on this journey.

I plan wonderful lessons for all ages, from beginner to advanced, where we will integrate and come together with our body and mind. We don't need you to be flexible or young to start yoga, you just need to decide. I believe you will make the right decision
