I am a regular yoga practitioner and have been practicing yoga for the last 15 years. I am a student of world-renowned Ashtanga yoga teacher Shri Sharath Jois from Mysore and I have done regular MA yoga and human consciousness from Uttarakhand University

Ashtanga Yoga is something which helps students develop strong physical strength as well as mental strength. This is a regular practice done under the supervision of a teacher and once the students develop the regular practice they can continue on their own
