About Marina
I have been practicing yoga for more than 10 years and I am currently training as an official Yoga instructor (550h) in Barcelona. I offer private hatha yoga, vinyasa yoga and meditation classes for beginners. Classes can be face-to-face or online, and be individual or for small groups. In my classes we will also address pranayama and meditation techniques to help us calm the mind and learn to connect with ourselves. Yoga has changed the way I see things and has helped me deal with very complicated situations in life. I want to share it with you and that you also feel that transformation. Namaste.

I usually start classes with an intention and breathing exercises to calm the mind. Then we will address the different yoga postures to unblock the body and we will make the necessary corrections to make them comfortable. Finally we will do meditation and relaxation to close the practice.
