About Joey
Im a qualified Yoga Teacher, with a Dance degree and a Barre qualification. Im interested in the mind body connection and my passion is to help people to achieve their goals or simply to help them feeling better in their very own body. Yoga has shown me so many different pathways to live my life in a better way and I am sharing that with my students.
