I have taught for 6 years and practiced for 9 years, I have worked with a variety of people, bodies, illnesses, and injuries.

I meet my student where they are at, I have 6 years of teaching experience and specialised in yoga therapy. I love ensuring my students get the benefit they are looking for from yoga, from destressing and calming the nervous system to working with injury or reducing illness or symptoms.
