About Agustina
I am a yoga teacher, enrolled in the International School of Integral Yoga. I deepened the practice in various schools / ashrams in India. Currently I take classes with different teachers and teachers of the discipline to continue acquiring new tools. I give individual and group classes in different spaces, homes; both adultxs and children.

My classes are based on the search for the well-being of those who integrate the practice. Each class is unique.
