No matter your age, body type, lifestyle or background-Yoga is for everyone and can be a life-changing tool! Within my teaching I will help you establish a regular yoga practice tailored to your specific needs or goals. Together we will evolve your body with a combination of strength, flexibility and mobility flows: this will elevate your daily performance, making pain and mobility issues more manageable, making movement an ease. If desired, with integrated Breath-work, meditations and mindfulness techniques, we can expand the mind and awareness.

I’ve been to numerous yoga classes by Phoebe and I highly recommend her as a teacher.
Phoebe is really friendly and puts you at ease straight away. Each class I’ve been too has been slightly different flows which have made it really interesting and she gives excellent guidance as you go along to help either with injury’s or to help improve your flexibility a little more.
A fantastic yoga teacher and a lovely person. :)I had a 1:1 session with Phoebe and she was very understanding and took everything at my own pace which I found super helpful, being my first time attending a yoga session.
