About Soumili Sanhha

I have suffered from obesity, depression, social taunts, etc. I had no one to guide me. So, I have started to connect with people to support them, guide them, and help them stay away from hospital beds. Stay happy and fit.

I start with meditation to relax the body and mind. Then I prefer warmup and breathing exercises further proceeding to asanas that provide benefits to all the body ending with cardio. I am student friendly and love to communicate passionately.
