About Robyn
With a degree in Kinesiology and a 200-hour yoga certification, I bring a deep understanding of body mechanics, movement, and mindful practice to every private yoga session. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, challenged, and empowered to reach your unique wellness goals, no matter your experience level.
In nearly two decades of teaching, I’ve had the honor of working with a diverse range of clients—from complete beginners to experienced yogis—all with different needs, abilities, and aspirations. Each class I design is a personalized journey, incorporating safe and effective techniques drawn from both yoga and my background in kinesiology to ensure your practice is both fulfilling and functional.

I bring nearly 20 years of experience working with clients across all levels and abilities, and my approach is all about meeting you where you are. Every private yoga session is uniquely crafted to align with your personal health and wellness goals, whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting your journey.
We start each session by setting your intention for the day and tuning into how your body feels. From there, we flow into a personalized sequence designed just for you, including a warm-up, standing poses, and—if you’re game—some inversions to challenge your limits. The session winds down with seated poses and ends with a rejuvenating savasana, giving you a well-rounded, mindful experience from start to finish.
My style combines intuitive adjustments, thoughtful sequencing, and plenty of encouragement, so you’re guided every step of the way with care, focus, and a bit of fun. Ready to deepen your practice in a way that’s empowering and truly yours? Let's get on the mat!
