About Monica
Monica is a certified 200hr yoga teacher, registered and insured with the Yoga Alliance. In addition to teaching yoga, Monica is an artist and energy healer. She has combined her love of yoga with art, by teaching creative flows that are catered to personal healing on all levels. She intuitively uses her knowledge of energy medicine to help address physical issues with a holistic approach. While specializing in alignment-based vinyasa flows, Monica also focuses intensively on breath work and meditative practices.

Through the asanas (physical postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation, you will discover new ways to connect and harmonize body, mind and soul.
