I am Kajal, I have taken a 200 hour training course in Yoga from a school in Rishikesh. Yoga is an essential tool to live and I want to share the knowledge of yoga to everyone, for with yoga, one can live a happy and a healthy life.

My training is gentle and calm. We will practice meditation as well after ending the asanas. Everyday, you get to know a little about Yoga philosophy, and how it is a lifestyle and not just an exercise.
The class will be for one hour and designed as per the needs of the student.
