About Lyvian
Hi, I'm Lyv Galvão! I am a Conscious Yoga Therapist. I teach classes since 2008, I currently have more than 35,000 hours of teaching practice.
Graduated in Yogatherapy IAYT, Certified and Licensed in Hatha Yoga. Specialized in Restorative Yoga, YMA, Yoga for Children and Pregnant Women, Functional and RPG - Global Postural Reeducation. Specialized in rehabilitation of injuries, postpartum and musculoskeletal diseases.

Classes are fundamentally focused on the needs and level of each one, as well as all the techniques applied.
Before starting the practice program it is essential and indispensable that I evaluate each one so that I can have the deepest possible understanding and thus determine the exact need for practice.
After the evaluation, I develop the practice intervention; routine, goals according to the plan appropriate for you. We can improve this point, reduce eg pain, as well as increase flexibility, gain strength and resistance.
