Namaste,
Yoga is my passion. I spent 5 years in India as a yoga teacher (fitness regular yoga and pregnancy and postbirth). In Germany I also planned my yoga classes
I would like to continue offering this passion.
As I am an Ayurvedic Bachelor, I combine my knowledge in my lessons. I plan my lessons according to your wishes and body types. (Gentle, beginner, medium, advanced)
My goal is to bring physical and mental balance.
I offer Groups as well as individual lessons. I plan yoga classes in English, German, and Hindi.

Ich hatte das große Vergnügen eine Yogastunde mit Harshada genießen zu dürfen. Harshada hat mit großer Ruhe, Gelassenheit und Professionalität durch diese Stunde geführt. Sie hat die Übungen erklärt, gezeigt und konnte die KursteilnehmerInnen auf eine angenehme Art und Weise korrigieren.
Für mich war auch der Wechsel von Spannung und Entspannung genau richtig, und ich hatte nach der Yogastunde das gute Gefühl meinen Körper ausreichend gedehnt jedoch nicht überlastet zu haben.
Ich empfehle die Yogastunden mit Harshada unbedingt weiter!
