About Nitisha
I am a graduated math and film alumni from Ohio State University! I've loved and celebrated math for the majority of my life although I have cried at the kitchen table with my dad growing up when he was helping me. No one who works with me will be crying -- this is a fact!
I have never been easily good at math when I was in grade school (I failed my precalc exam in highschool) but oddly I enjoyed how it was clear and conscise when I finally did understand it -- who you learn from and how you learn differs and matters immensely.
If you're struggling in pre-calc, calc, geometry, trig, I have been there and have made it out alive and you will too! Lets work together if you think we'll be a good fit.

A typical lesson with me usually goes like this:
- you come to me with questions on homework / ideas
- we work through examples of problems you're stuck on until you get it!
- you don't get it, we do more examples until you do get it!
- On zoom, I use the shared whiteboard so we can look at what we're working on together
- I'll probably ask you to explain to me what you do understand so I can meet you where you are and bridge any gaps you have in your understanding!
