About Tugce
After completing the Yoga Alliance Approved 200 hours Basic Yoga Expert Program with Pınar Enginsu in 2017, I completed the Yoga Alliance Approved 300 hours Advanced Instructor course in 2018. I received my Yin Yoga Specialist certificate with Medina Duman that same year. I have been teaching Hatha and Vinyasa for 2 years in Yogamma Ankara (formerly YogaŞala Ankara) and Dem Studio Ankara.

While working with Beginner groups, I spread the 8 asana groups to 2 months (1 asana group every week) while teaching the basic asana groups to the students, and at the same time, I transfer the main points of the teaching about yoga philosophy to the student. After these postures are completed, while researching a physical progress in the postures (strength and flexibility) with students who are ready to deepen in their knowledge of middle level asana groups and yoga knowledge (strength and flexibility) at the same time, they increase the yoga philosophy, pranayama (breath) and meditation techniques, and help students develop both in the field of yoga and physics. importantly, I contribute to self-awareness processes.
