Certified yoga teacher in Ashtanga and Hatha, completed 200 hour teacher training coarse in Pokhara, Nepal. I have been committed to developing my teaching skills since completing my coarse with friends and family. Now I wish to take my skills and experiences into the work force and start my career.

My teaching methodology will vastly depend on my students, yoga is A very excepting practice and can accommodate anyone at any level of practice. We would start with an introduction and an assessment so I have A good understanding of my pupils needs and ability, from there progress further into the practice.
