My HATHA YOGA classes are gentle and relaxing. Very accessible even to novices, I like to teach in full consciousness and to understand the postures while letting the availability of the body set the pace. I bring the intensity into stretching and stretching for a total untying of the body rather than exploiting the sporting aspect. My YIN YOGA classes are mainly focused on postures and their maintenance. Slow down and enjoy stillness, while rebalancing your energy thanks to the Chinese meridians. Visit the present moment, settle in fully and let the transformation take place. Beginners welcome, no special physical conditions to participate.
