I am licensed zumba instructor. Certified with B1 and B2. Zumba includes rhythms like merengue, salsa, reggaetón, belly dance, punjabi and bollywood. It fun to attend the zumba sessions in group.
At the end of workout i like to do some core and abs workout as well. So its fun and sweaty .
