Yoga and pilates have transformed and elevated every ounce of being. I am utterly obsessed with the power of movement and breath combined. My passion for helping others transcend their current state is what inspires me to continue learning and developing my skills.

As an ex professional dancer, movement is an integral part of my daily life. Combining the discipline, knowledge and artistry from dance with holistic practice of yoga and pilates. Offering a broad spectrum of modifications and progressions suited for all ages and stages . I am passionate on the impact movement has on mental health and infuse each practice with a mindful approach to develop not just physical health but mental too. I have been teaching globally, running retreats and hosting workshops for 15 years.
