About Helen
I began my yoga journey after a severe broken leg and torn ACL. My mind and body were struggling to recover from the trauma and after one yoga class, I knew this was going to be a big part of my life. I hope that all my classes offer a sense of reconnection, a stronger and more flexible body and an ability to show up in life with greater ease.

My lessons are 90 minutes long, combining hatha, yin and vinyasa yoga depending on what my student needs. I incorporate assisted touch to increase body awareness and understanding of each pose. The last 30 minutes consist of breath work and relaxation.
