About Larissa
I gained my 200hr yoga teacher training certificate in 2018, but have since devoted thousands of hours (and dollars) to learning that I know nothing... but am certainly enjoying the journey of being a student. Allow me to pass on to you what I have gratefully accepted. Also presently halfway through a doctoral program for Chinese medicine and acupuncture, and finding the connection between yoga & TCM to be uniquely compatible. If you are willing to understand that yoga is far more than just a physical activity, I would love to share my knowledge with you.

I enjoy working with individuals based on their personal concerns, be they for physical or mental health. Outside of the various 9-to-5's I've held over the years, I have a background of dance and yoga, as well as a fair amount of education. I also play well with others. Group classes are fine, but I prefer one-on-one interactions to make sure my client or student is getting my undivided attention.

Details
As a student myself, especially during these trying times, I understand financial distress. I am happy to discuss options and times to see what will work best for both of us. Typically our first initial lesson is a discussion getting to know about your abilities, comfort levels, experiences and problems. It usually takes about an hour, unless we are both feeling chatty. My prices range from $20-75 per hour, and it is both preferable and beneficial to book more than one session with me so you can see your own results more quickly, and build from them.
