As a stay at home mom I understand that we may not think we always have the time to do what we love or what our body needs but I’m there to guide you and give you tools to help you on and off the mat. They goal is not to compare ourselves to others that may appear better than us but to become the best version of ourselves through breath work, meditation, and movement. Allow me to join you on your yoga journey as you learn more about the practice and yourself.
