I am a yoga and meditation teacher offering yoga classes. My teaching method is very intuitive, I have trained in traditional Hatha Yoga and also Ashtanga yoga and I believe that the practice should suit the specific needs of the individual practitioner. I am also available to assist you to set up a home practice routine.
