My lessons are entirely dependent on what suits my students . I tend to start off with a discussion just to see what suits my student and from there I arrange a set plan of each lesson e.g. learning a topic through mind maps and then doing exam practice. At the end of each lesson I leave space for any questions my student has and comments or feedback they may want to provide which can help them improve their understanding.
