About Mihaela
I am a scholarship student with a passion for the life sciences . My interests also include astronomy, psychology and culture. I have previously tutored both in person and online via Zoom so I can tailor your experience to the online environment.
I currently study Biological and Biomedical sciences, with a keen interest in the molecular and physiological biology and its applications in health and medicine.

I love to work with students to find an interactive approach that works best for them. Lessons are online but I work with you to create a rich and diverse database of knowledge you can access whenever you wish. My notes are tailored to your needs and ca include extra information to further your understanding and make you stand out from the crowd.
I enjoy testing my student's knowledge by asking conceptual questions that will prime you to think in-depth about biology and how it is interconnected with other subjects. I dissuade students from rote-learning and work with you to foster a deep understanding of biology.
Lessons are interactive and I use Microsoft Whiteboard to draw out diagrams and ideas.
I have achieved a H1 in leaving cert Biology and currently a 1.1 degree.
