About Jessie

Hello! I am a 3rd-year college Civil Engineering student at Caraga State University and a CHED scholar. I earned my place in the Civil Engineering program after ranking among the TOPNOTCHERS in the university's entrance examination (CSU-AT 2024). My academic background has strengthened my mathematical knowledge, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, which I am eager to share with my students.

As a Mathematics tutor, I aim to make learning simple, engaging, and effective. I provide lessons for students from Grade 1 to Grade 12, adapting my teaching methods to their individual learning abilities, strengths, and weaknesses. I believe that every student has the potential to excel in Mathematics when given the right guidance, patience, and encouragement.

My goal is to help students develop a strong understanding of mathematical concepts, improve their problem-solving skills, and gain confidence in their abilities. I strive to create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, participating actively, and learning at their own pace.

By understanding their strengths and weaknesses and adjusting my lessons to their capabilities, I want to make learning Mathematics easier, more enjoyable, and more effective for every student. A Typical Lesson Plan:

-A typical lesson starts with a short review of the student's previous knowledge to determine their understanding of the topic. After that, I introduce the lesson and explain the important concepts using simple examples.
