Since childhood I always wanted to open a gym and become a fitness instructor
However someone introduced me to yoga and meditation and after that I got so passionate about yoga because it not only works on your body but also on your mind and soul ...... that made me a yoga teacher and my motive is to make people aware about their body mind and soul.

I am a regular meditator and Hath Yoga Expert .
My only aim is to make people's body, mind and soul relax and calm through the yoga.
According to me everyone has a nature to be happy without any reason but they take so much stress from their daily life problems thats why they need yoga and specifically meditation to bring them back in the nature of self.
I have always been on the path of physical fitness but when yoga entered in my life I realized that mental stability and healthy mind is the most important for a fit and healthy life as yoga is way beyond the physical aspect of what we had understood initially.
