About Sarah
The most important thing, I believe, with acting training is to have fun and be yourself because that is what makes you unique!
My classes are designed to cater specifically to the individual, meaning I will take note of your previous acting experience and level of training and design the lesson accordingly to fit your specific needs.
I am based in South West London, but will offer lessons in your own home if you prefer to work in your own space.

'Acting is behaving truthfully under imaginary circumstances.' Sanford Meisner. The key to performing is finding the truth in what you are saying, whether that be a monologue, duologue, song, or a presentation.
My name is Sarah and I am a graduate of the BA (Hons) Acting course at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, London. Prior to training at Mountview I also studied on the 1 year Musical Theatre course at Arts Education Schools, London. Since graduating I have worked professionally as an Actor and have been fortunate enough to discover my love for teaching.
In July 2021 I received Qualified Teacher Status from Middlesex University and have gained experience teaching GCSE and A Level Drama, as well as tutoring pupils in preparation for Drama School auditions & LAMDA exams.
During my classes, I aim to create a positive, fun, and relaxed environment in order to let you go at your own pace and build your confidence. We will be able to spend time going through speeches, songs, or what ever material you wish to work on, leaving time for direction, notes, and questions. In addition, I have an extensive repetoire of both modern and classical play texts which I can offer as suggestions for drama school auditions/upcoming performances.
