Am a certified and registered 500hrs teacher and also a certified level 2 YCB wellness coach.I have also done many courses like ayurveda,yog therapy,accupressure and face yoga,all from reputed institutes.I love my yoga and will make you fall in love with it too.

I teach yoga in a very simple and easy way focussing more on flexibility and healing of the body .It is very much client centric.Focussing more on traditional yoga with pranayamas and yog nidra along with meditation is my class style.
