About Eldea
Eldea Tutors was founded by Samuel Okei, a PhD student in Computer Engineering and Texas Tech University graduate with 7 years of tutoring experience across multiple subjects and grade levels. As both a software engineer and part-time educator at Campus.edu, the founder built Eldea to make academic support more accessible, flexible, and sustainable for families, students, and tutors. Eldea was created from a simple belief: students should not fall behind because support is too expensive or too limited.

Eldea Tutors provides flexible, affordable academic support for middle and high school students through a community-driven tutoring model. Instead of expensive one-on-one sessions with strict time limits, Eldea offers drop-in tutoring for homework help and ongoing questions, along with structured SI-style sessions for deeper concept mastery. Our goal is to make tutoring more accessible for families, less stressful for students, and more sustainable for tutors. Eldea is more than tutoring. It is a support system.
Please note: Eldea is currently available only for middle and high school students. Tutoring begins in August and follows a semester-based schedule. All plans are designed for the full semester rather than month-to-month enrollment.

I’d definitely recommend Eldea Tutoring. They make it really easy for students to get help when they need it, and it’s way more consistent and affordable than most tutoring options. You can tell they actually care about helping students, families, and even their tutors. They really understand the struggle.
