About Dr Jaswinder
A recipient of Gold Medal in BSc (Agriculture Honors) and MSc (Entomology), I earned PhD. in Zoology with specialization in Agricultural Entomology. I have got 13 years of experience in teaching, research and supervising postgraduate students and research scholars. I am an expert in subjects ranging from Entomology, Plant Pathology, Organic Agriculture, Botany and Zoology. Along with teaching undergrad, postgrad and doctoral students as an Assistant Professor at one of the leading universities, I also led the university academic and research team for development of program structure and course curriculum and research guidelines for various programs under Agriculture and Basic sciences. I have authored 18 scientific articles including research papers and book chapters in journals of national and international repute. I am currently residing in Surrey (BC), Canada providing online lessons (private and group) for high school, college and university students. Looking forward to sharing my knowledge with you!

I strive to create student-centered lessons and activities that spark curiosity and excitement in learners, and enjoy bringing real-life applications and connections into the curriculum. I customize content delivery using presentation, audio-video resources, images and case studies to deliver the subject knowledge. However, I identify individual student’s needs and tailor my teaching strategies accordingly using different pedagogical approaches. I provide study material for competitive exams and projects.
